We are looking for an organized, self-motivated individual to join our team as trip coordinator. The trip coordinator would be responsible for …
• Coordinating all details of trip planning process by developing quotes, trip reservations, troubleshooting, post-trip follow-up
• Handling inbound sales inquiries
• Providing excellent customer service throughout planning and execution of trip
• Must be committed to maintaining our excellent 5-star service rating
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about biking and the outdoors, as well as sales and customer service. Our customers are friendly people. You’ll love helping them take the trip of a lifetime, and your hard work will be met with gratitude.
The trip coordinator will work in Squirrel Hill to start, but will have the option to work from home upon completion of training. This is an office position – you would not be riding the trail.
Pay will be $15-18/hour (depending on experience, up to 24 hours per week. Potential for bonuses upon reaching revenue goals.
