Pittsburgh Trails Advocacy Group

trailsCo-Founded in 2001 by David Biber and Nancy Trun, the purpose of the Pittsburgh Trails Advocacy Group (PTAG) is to protect and encourage multi-use trail access. We are especially concerned with single track trails used by mountain bikers, hikers and equestrians. We are working with City, County and State landowners to ensure that all trails are approved, constructed and maintained to IMBA standards, with minimal impact on the environment. We are working to educate all users on responsible trail use with the goal of fostering improved relations among landowners and all trail users.


Your donation goes right to work. Trail maintenance takes tools and materials to make it happen. PTAG is a project of Bike Pittsburgh, and your generous donation is tax-deductible.
